All You Need To Know
HOW DO I BOOK
Send us an email with your sleepover date, number of tents and your address. We will contact you immediately to discuss your sleepover event. You can then pay your deposit on-line. It is recommended to book 4 weeks in advance to ensure available dates.
WHAT IS THE TYPICAL HIRE PERIOD
It is typically one night but if you need additional nights please let us know during booking.
HOW ARE THE TENTS CLEANED.
After each event all bedding is laundered. Mattresses, tent covers, decorative pillows are washed, disinfected and spot cleaned.
HOW MUCH SPACE DO I NEED PER TENT?
The tents are 4'h x 6'd x 3' w. We can customize any floor layout you like (line-up, semi-circle, aisles).
WHAT IF I NEED AN ADDITIONAL TENT?
We have it covered. You can rent an additional tent at $65 which includes the tent, mattress and all the accessories.
CAN I USE THE TENTS OUTSIDE?
The tents are designed for indoor use but can be used outside if there is an outdoor covered area.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept major credit cards, paypal and venmo. You must provide a deposit of $100 to hold your date and the balance is due 3 days prior to the party.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CHANGE THE DATE
Please contact us 7 days prior to the party to see what dates could work for you.
ARE WE INSURED
Of course we are fully insured! Our tents are German engineered they should withstand a few boys horse playing!
IS THERE A DELIVERY CHARGE
If you live in the zipcode 28173 there is no delivery charge. Otherwise, once we receive your address we will provide a quote before you book.
